Do not attempt unsafe work
Gas appliances, combustion venting and line-voltage electrical work carry real risk of fire, explosion, carbon monoxide exposure, electric shock and death. Do not bypass safety switches, open gas valves, disassemble burners or heat exchangers, or work on live wiring. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone out and call 911.

The calculator
The repair-versus-replacement calculator is a planning aid. It weighs the inputs you provide and shows its reasoning. It does not inspect equipment, evaluate safety, or produce a quote, and its output should not be the sole basis for a decision about your heating system.
Service, quotes and scheduling
- Quotes for recommended work are provided free and are based on what is observed on site.
- Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, road conditions and emergency calls affect scheduling, particularly during Western New York winter storms.
- Work proceeds only with your approval.
- We provide residential service only. Commercial and industrial heating work is outside our scope.
- Any warranty on parts or labour is as stated at the time of service; manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
